Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension or Account closure.
All Account balances on CKB888 are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by default. Deposits made in other currencies or via cryptocurrency will be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion rates are determined by CKB888 and may include a small processing margin.

These timeframes are indicative only and not guaranteed.
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until: (a) the Account has completed KYC verification; (b) any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus funds have been satisfied; (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed applicable daily or monthly limits; and (d) the Account is in good standing with no pending security reviews.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method. As a general guide, the minimum deposit is MYR 30 for most e-wallet methods. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement before the Bonus funds or winnings derived from Bonus funds may be withdrawn. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team.
